Send emailDeidre is an intellectual property attorney and member of the New Jersey bar. She is primarily engaged in patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical and mechanical arts. Representative technologies include semiconductor devices, telecommunications, medical imaging devices, optical devices, mobile technology, power systems, computer hardware and software related technologies. Additional technologies include consumer products including printing and scanning apparatuses, liquid crystal displays, and home appliances. She also handles opinion work and intellectual property law-related agreements.
Deidre also specializes in copyright protection, and trademark protection and prosecution before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Prior to attending law school, Ms. McAuley was employed as an engineer at Northrop Grumman. She has engineering experience in designing radio communication systems for the U.S. Navy.
