Send emailTerri is a licensed pediatric physician and an IP trainee-physician with a strong interest in IP law and ongoing training in patent preparation and prosecution. As a scientist with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), she evaluated data and reports on pharmaceutical drug complications and determined safety and effectiveness of new drugs. She also reviewed data submitted by sponsors of Investigational New Drug (IND) Applications and New Drug Applications (NDAs) to support marketing efforts and determined scientific validity of manufacturers’ tests for drug safety and efficacy.
Terri’s role with the FDA also included determining scientific validity of manufacturers’ tests for drug safety and efficacy as well as presenting in-depth evaluations of medication names and labeling characteristics to teams of medical and scientific experts.
As a physician, Terri has over 17 years of direct outpatient primary care experience. She has expertise in General Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, and Urgent Care Medicine. Terri is a seasoned medical professional dedicated to ensuring patient safety and awareness. Her additional interests include clinical research, women’s health, maternal and childhood health and research.
