Patent Preparation & Prosecution
We’re passionate about patent law. Several of our patent professionals, for nearly 20 years, have been preparing, prosecuting, or examining patent applications. Patent prosecution is our bread and butter. We prosecute and enforce utility and design patents for companies with large patent portfolios, as well as small or start-up businesses. Many of these small or start-up businesses depend on the patent system to obtain funding or defend market share. The patents we acquire are often the only real assets for these small, especially for small innovators.
Why Choose Wood IP?
- Quality Patent Prosecution – Our clients, large and small, rely on us for high stakes prosecution.
- Our patent attorneys, patent agents, and technical specialists are technologists, with expertise in many fields.
- We provide strategic IP advice from idea conception, invention harvesting, to product launch, and beyond.
Wood IP’s Scientifically Skilled Patent Professionals
