Mr. Jelenke is Wood IP’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and manages the firm’s day-to-day accounting and financial matters.  Mr. Jelenke is also co-founder and CEO of Harava Capital. He is a finance and investment professional who brings to Wood IP nearly 15 years of accounting, corporate finance and operations experience. As an expert business advisor, he has leveraged opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, improving profitability, while saving firms millions. He has a knack for creating partnership synergies, and working with portfolio companies to help them succeed. Jelenke has secured over $15 million in project financing, and several million dollars in working capital, for a number of organizations.

Jelenke is the Senior Managing Principal at Broadview Advisors & Company, a business and management consulting firm in the Washington, DC area. In this role, Jelenke work with business owners, CEO and their leadership team and managed multiple client engagements in various industries, including construction, healthcare, technology, and finance sectors.

Jelenke holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business, a certificate from Harvard Business School, an M.A. in Accounting and Internal Auditing from University of Maryland, and an Honors B.A. from Lagos State University, Nigeria. He is an avid volunteer for non-profit organizations, and enjoys networking in the DC community.
